Good to know
Who is the administrator?
The person who subscribes. The administrator adds and removes officers, sets up sites, post orders and tour locations, and receives every report.
How do officers sign in?
With your company code, their badge number and the PIN you give them. Your company code appears after you subscribe and on your account page.
Is our data kept separate from other companies?
Yes. Each company has its own officers, sites, reports and messages, and no company can see another's.
How does the free trial work?
You get your plan free for 14 days with every feature included. We ask for a card when you sign up but charge nothing until the trial ends. Cancel from your dashboard before then and you pay nothing. One free trial per company.
What happens if we cancel?
You keep full access until the end of the month you've paid for. When the subscription ends, your company account and all of its data are permanently deleted.
What if a monthly payment fails?
Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days. If a payment fails, you have 15 days from the payment date to pay or update your card from your account page. If it is still unpaid after 15 days, the company account and all of its data are permanently deleted.
Can my clients see our work?
Yes. Give each client a portal login and they can see the reports, check-ins and guard-tour scans for their own sites, view their invoices and send you service requests.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Overview tab of your dashboard. The price difference is worked out to the day on your next invoice. To downgrade, your sites and officers must fit the smaller plan.
Is there an iPhone app?
Yes. On an iPhone, open the app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. It installs with its own icon and works like the Android app, including QR guard tours and GPS check-ins.
